When making online purchases from Vinted UK, the platform will, in most cases, provide you with the option to choose a courier during the checkout process.
Whenever this option is available, we kindly ask you to select a courier other than Relay. We recommend using Evri, Royal Mail, or any other available alternative offered by Vinted.
The reason for this is that, with Relay deliveries, we receive parcels without the necessary information to identify the customer. The shipping label does not include details such as the customer's name or customer number; it only shows the tracking number and the address of our warehouse.
In addition, Relay makes deliveries outside our working hours and on weekends and public holidays, when access to our warehouse facilities is limited.
To ensure the timely and accurate receipt and processing of your parcels, we strongly recommend not using Relay for Vinted UK purchases whenever another courier option is available. Thank you for your cooperation.

For your convenience, the choice of courier is fully available in your personal account. From your account settings, you can easily select your preferred delivery method.

If you would like your orders to be delivered via Speedy, please log in to your account and add a new delivery address or office pickup location in order to update your delivery preferences. (Important: when selecting delivery to a Speedy office, please make sure to enter the city and the address of the office.)

The selected settings will be applied to your future orders.

How to make a payment:
Log in to your account.
From the drop-down menu in the top-right corner, select "Payment amount".
You will see all outstanding balances, grouped by shipment code (trip/batch). Each payment can be completed in just a few clicks.

Payment History:

In the next submenu, "Payments", you can view all payments made through your account at any time. For every successful payment, a green "Download Receipt" button is available, allowing you to download a receipt confirming the completed transaction.

This new feature allows you to pay for your shipments online in advance, anytime and from anywhere.

We continue to improve our platform to make our services faster, more convenient, and more secure. Important: Online payments through “Payment Obligations” do not apply to invoice payments. If you require an invoice, payment must be arranged separately by providing the necessary company details at our office or online via email.

Over the years, our primary goal has always been to offer the most competitive prices together with high-quality service. Therefore, despite the new EU customs regulations for shipments arriving from non-EU countries, which come into effect on July 1, 2026, we will not be changing our current service prices, with one exception – shipments from the USA.
The new customs regulations introduce additional customs processing requirements, resulting in increased processing costs for shipments entering the European Union. More information is available on the official website of the Bulgarian Customs Agency:

Although these changes take effect on July 1, 2026, we will absorb the additional costs throughout July and will apply the updated pricing for shipments from the USA starting August 1, 2026, as follows:

-Shipping from our USA warehouse to our Bulgaria warehouse: €15/kg (previously €13/kg). 
-Customs handling fee: 25% of the value of the items (previously 20%). 

All other prices and service conditions remain unchanged.
