The price of our main Delivery From Abroad service is calculated based on weight and rates vary for each country. You can see the prices in the tables below. The amount charged is paid upon delivery of package/s.

Taxing per whole kilogram

We charge in one-kilogram increments. The weight of all your packages in a transport is summed up and then rounded up to the next kilogram. If your packages in a transport weigh a total of 3.150 kg then you are paying a fee for 4 kg. If your  package in a transport weighs a total of 0.750 kg, then you are paying a fee for 1 kg.

Calculation of dimensional weight

When one of the dimensions of a package is over 60 cm (US packages – 50 cm), then dimensional weight is calculated by the following formula: (width in cm) * (length in cm) * (height in cm) / 8000. The result is the so-called dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is charged only when it is higher than the package weight. Where package weight is higher than the dimensional weight, we charge per weight. Dimensional weight is calculated and charged only after packages arrive in Bulgaria. 

Address pick-up

Fees for address pick-up abroad are calculated per kilometer (or per mile in the UK) in one direction - between our facility in the respective country and the pick-up address. The fee only applies to the direction we ship to. There is no charge for the trip to the address. There  may be a surcharge for tolls paid, if any. The fee is payable upon receipt of the package. The service is not available for The US and for Germany is available only for the Berlin region. Pickups from grocery stores are transported in plastic containers, owned by GGBG. There is no fee for this service, however the weight of the container is added to the weight of the shipment, increasing the price for transport.

We Shop for You

For the We Shop for You service we charge a commission of 6% of the purchase value, including courier delivery to our facility, if any. The Express service includes processing of the order within 24 hours and amounts to BGN 10. Please keep in mind that the Express service only aplies to the processing of the order. The actual purchase will only take place once the payment has been received. Whenever we make an order or payment on behalf of the customer, a service fee is charged - 6% of the purchase value, but not less than BGN 5 (€ 2,56).

VIP Services

Price per VIP Basic – BGN 10 (€ 5,11)

Price per VIP Extra – BGN 20 (€ 10,23)

Price per VIP Extra + insurance – BGN 20 (€ 10,23) + 3% of the invoice price.

Price per VIP Lux + insurance – BGN 50 (€ 25,56) + 3% of the invoice price.

GGBG Delivery in Sofia

Price for delivery in Sofia for shipment up to 3 kg. - € 4.50 (8.80 BGN)

For every kilo started over 3 kg - € 0,50 (0.98 BGN)

Delivery to your floor -  €2 (3.90 BGN) (shipments over 20 kg are not delivered to the floor)

Delivery in a gated community - € 2 (3.90 лв)

Sending with Econt to their office or your address - according to Econt prices

Storage of Packages

Storage fee is € 0,15 (0,29 BGN) per whole kilogram per day per package. The fee is charged only for packages at our facilities in Sofia and which arrived more than seventh days ago. It is paid upon receipt of the package/s.
