Why?
You need Address Pick-up when:
- The retailer you are shopping at cannot provide delivery to our facility.
- Delivery to our facility is rather expensive or unreliable
- You are reluctant to make the purchase with no one to check the product on your behalf.
How?
- Register here
- Sign in your profile, click your name in the upper right corner, and select Address Pick-up from the drop-down menu.
- Click New Request.
- Fill in package data, address, and sender’s phone.
- An employee of ours will call you to clear details and pick-up price.
- Your request will be processed, and the data will be sent to our team in the respective country to make the pick-up.
- Once we get the package in our facility abroad, it will be entered in your profile and will travel to Bulgaria with the first transport available.
- Pick-up price and shipment fee should be paid when you receive the package.
- The price doesn't include pick-up from upper floors. An additional fee will be collected in such cases, depending on the weight and the volume of the package.

Address Pick-up price (minimum fee BGN 25 or £10)
Price per mile: up to 50 miles - BGN 3.60 /£1.5; from 50 to 100 miles - BGN 4 /£1.70; over 100 miles - BGN 4.80 /£2
Additional fee for pick-up from (or thru) downtown London BGN 25.00
Pick-up form ASDA, Tesco, Sainsbury's etc. (additional transport fee on the weght of container applies) BGN 10.00
Germany
Pickup from an address in Germany is available only within Berlin
(minimum fee €15 or 29.34 BGN)
€2.20 / 4.30 BGN per kilometer
(For larger volumes requiring a van: +€20 or 40 BGN)
Additional parking fee in central Berlin:
€5 / 10 BGN
If additional staff is required for loading or unloading, the price is negotiable.
