Over the years, our primary goal has always been to offer the most competitive prices together with high-quality service. Therefore, despite the new EU customs regulations for shipments arriving from non-EU countries, which come into effect on July 1, 2026, we will not be changing our current service prices, with one exception – shipments from the USA.
The new customs regulations introduce additional customs processing requirements, resulting in increased processing costs for shipments entering the European Union. More information is available on the official website of the Bulgarian Customs Agency:

Although these changes take effect on July 1, 2026, we will absorb the additional costs throughout July and will apply the updated pricing for shipments from the USA starting August 1, 2026, as follows:

-Shipping from our USA warehouse to our Bulgaria warehouse: €15/kg (previously €13/kg). 
-Customs handling fee: 25% of the value of the items (previously 20%). 

All other prices and service conditions remain unchanged.
