Following the previously announced final transport from the United Kingdom for 2025, which took place on December 14, we would like to inform you that an additional (intermediate) transport will be organized.Date of the additional transport:  December 19, 2025.This transport will be the final one for the calendar year and is intended for customers who were unable to include their shipments in the departure on December 14.

The updated encrypting  system in the new GGBG software requires password change. Here are the steps to follow in order to enter a new password:

1. Click on Enter/Registration (upper right corner).
2. Click on Forgot your password?
3. Enter the email you registered on our website.
4. If you have entered a correct email address, the following message will appear: A confirmation link was sent to the specified email address.
5. Check your email for our message and follow the link. 
6. You will be taken to a page to enter your new password.
7. Once you finish the procedure, you will receive an email notifying you about the change and you will be able to access the website with your email and new password.

The new systems for postal addresses and phone numbers validation may require refreshing some fields. If this is the case, upon your first log into the system you will be automatically taken to an EDIT YOUR PERSONAL DATA screen, where you can make the relevant corrections.

The integration of our system with the one of Econt (read more in the News section) requires you to re-enter your delivery addresses (only when you use a delivery method requiring an address).

IMPORTANT! In our new software, the delivery address will have a default setting of Office Sofia, Mladost.  When you wish to make a change, access the Addresses and Delivery Methods menu. If your packages are in transit and you wish to have those delivered to an address, please send a request for changing the delivery method from the Shipments menu. The instructions on how to submit such a request are available in the yellow field at the said link.

In connection with May 1st – Labour Day, we would like to inform you that on May 1st and 2nd (Friday and Saturday) we will be operating with our regular full working hours, according to our usual schedule.

Dear customers, it is the annual discounts season. The brightest holidays of the year are coming, for which we receive personal luggage and parcels from you as delivery to your loved ones. Due to the large amount of received shipments at our addresses, partial delays are possible. We would like to inform you that regarding the entire process from the receipt and entry of shipments, the departure and arrival of the transportation, as well as unloading, distribution and issuance, longer processing time is required. The second part is moving with a delay - arrival - 05.04. Check your emails and profile status.

We inform you about our schedule for the Christmas and New Year holidays:

Our office in Sofia will be open from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. on the 24th of December. The 25th and 26th of December, as well as the first of January, will be holidays.
Our London team will take their rest on the same days - 25.12, 26.12 and 01.01.
For our colleagues in Berlin restd days will be December 25th, 26th and 30th and January 1st. In addition, our German office will work with limited working hours on the days between the 27th and the 29th - from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. A visit outside of these working hours can be done after prior arrangement.
In the US, holidays will be December 23rd, 24th and 25th, as well as January 1st.
